As a Dutchmen, I would say the majority of us are the most annoying tourists to deal with. There's a certain type of Dutch tourist who you can find just about anywhere on Earth. It's the type that talks loud, dresses without shame and never stops complaining about how much better everything is at home. The worst would have to be the Chinese. They walk around on the wrong side of the footpath in groups of 30 and have absolutely no manners. I was out on my bike the other day going down a two lane cycle path when I saw a massive group of chinese walking along it, taking up both lanes. I called out so they knew I was coming and they just turned around, looked at me and kept on going. I had to get off my bike, take it off the path and walk around them just so I could carry on. It's a small thing, but it really fucking bugs me.

Basically all tourists are noisy.
They speak in foreign languages that immediately makes them stand out.

I live in Florida, and see Europeans speaking their languages all the time, and they are loud and having a good time.
But I don't judge, because I'm not an asperg who thinks tourists come to see our libraries or churches. They come to destress and have fun.

I have some experience with GERMANS. They are ridiculous (the one's I met), they park their camping cars on others' properties or on private parking slots, and other places they aren't allowed to. There are lots of places for camping cars if they need to park somewhere, but they just want to park literally wherever they feel like. They don't care about any rules and it's very rude. Here where I work we call the police when they park on our private parking lot.
