I'm 24 now and completely bald. I'm past a Norwood 4 and have just shaved it all off since a few years back. I fell for the "lol just shave it off girls dont care" meme so didn't bother to get on medication. They do care. I look like fucking shit and as a result I'm a perma-incel.

I'd recommend you to get on Finasteride and Minoxidil ASAP. There's a risk your dick will break but it's not like you're gonna use if when bald anyway.
