Americans, explain your free speech rights. Why are real nazis

Freedom of Speech in America allows for 'hate speech'. The founding fathers and many supreme court decisions since have pointed out that if you are able to censor some speech, then you don't actually have freedom of speech whatsoever. It's a slippery slope - If the government has the ability to outlaw some speech, there's no saying how they will use that ability in the future.

Also they aren't real Nazis, and because Freedom of Speech only applies to the government, plenty of these people get cucked out of jobs and are targeted for threats and violence by private citizens and companies. Private Companies, like Google, McDonalds, what have you, any company, can and do have rules against such things. On top of that, the government is allowed to prosecute for "incitement', which is actual calls to direct violence, so there's that.
The main point is that if the GOVERNMENT can impinge on the speech of citizens, it is a tyrannical act. But Polite society still can and does shun such folks, as can be seen with how the media and many, many people are reacting with the "nazi" situation.

It's very good, but the problem is those people still may spread their shit which may cause people brainwashed by these ideas to commit various crimes. You shouldn't allow jihadist preachers to talk, it's a dangerous idiocy. Today you allow people to spread hatred, next day brainwashed idiot blows himself up or kills people in shooting. Nazis spread their ideas today, tomorrow retard goes to the black church and kills children and women.
