Japanese people tend to have longer and wider faces while Koreans tend to have more prominent cheekbones and jawlines.

South Korea has a notorious reputation for it's high level of plastic surgery, however it partly due to being a mecca for medical tourism as people from China, Japan, Taiwan, and even ASEAN often have cosmetic procedures done in Seoul due to the high quality/low cost.
