I avoid milk in social situations, looks weird and hate the milk breath. Otherwise I drink it to every meal. They add vitamin D to it here, so I can avoid the sun.

When I was a teenager I'm pretty sure I went for like a week without drinking water multiple times. I just drank milk and nothing else.
