Not on the Russian front. India and Russia have deep ties - all the wars with Pakistan were won with Russian arms. Currently, India is in between friendships - flirting with the USA while Russia watches jealously. To annoy India, there are sounds of greater Russian-Pak collaboration. But it's not a big deal compared to Chinese-Pak support.

The USA, on the other hand, arms both India and Pakistan.

To be clear, there is no ally for either country. The world will only watch if there is a war - unless China intervenes.
