What is the actual point in the rest of Ohio that isn't Cincinnati?

The ghetto is pretty small, there's not many blacks here period. The main parts of downtown are mostly spics manning vendor stations and hurried middle-aged dads on lunch break. Suburbs to the East are pretty much your stereotypical 'white Christian neighborhood', everything is clean and you feel safe walking the streets. If you go far East you'll hit the hillbilly area, but the folks there are generally nice anyhow. To the North are some small, sparse, lower-class neighborhoods. I honestly preferred Kentucky, but Cincinnati, and Ohio as a whole, is pretty decent.

Also, most blacks per capita than any city in Ohio
