Is France Europe's first African country?

I think France is incredibly interesting in its diversity and In a way its fast become a "non-European" place in Europe.

France is heavily populated with Africans, roughly 5% sub-Saharan & 15% North African, while this is only 20% in the general population its more around 30-40% in the under 25's.

Also as Urbanisation is more prevalent the relevant parts of the country are cities which in France are all diverse for example Paris/Marseille 50% European & Lyon etc about 60-70% European. There isn't actually a single major city in France which is more than 80% European!

For example French is the second most popular language in Africa after English and in fact many think French will be one of the largest languages in the world thanks to Africa & France is historically tied to Africa through its Empire.
