Very few Americans hate the nation of Mexico. Lots of people want to visit on vacation. I don't like illegal immigration, and even I don't dislike Mexico as a country. I just dislike that aspect.

As for the US, it depends on the nature of the hate. Canadians think we're fat retards, but they don't despise us like an enemy. If we're talking about places that Americans can't visit safely without being kidnapped and beheaded, it's still probably Sunni Iraq. They have their reasons.
