Is there any chance for someone like me, who can only survive off of SSI's because of a disability, to move to another country?

I never really liked this place, and it's getting worse. But, thus far, it seems that 99% world doesn't want American immigrants (which is understandable, I admit).

What would you do in another country? - Live off of welfare? In that case I don't think you'd pass the immigration procedures which generally require sizeable assets, education, work experience, job offer, etc.
