Olanzapine often makes people really fat, and you can get a bit slow. Generally works really well though, only thing that works better is Clozapine, but Clozapine has a lot more side effects.

Olanzapine is supposed to help against the paranoia as well desu.
If you still experience stuff like:
-thinking that random people stare at you or talk about you
-thinking that cameras follow you
-thinking that your house is bugged by the government or something
-and so on
and you notice that people around you seem to think these things are unrealistic, you might actually need the Clozapine tbqh.
The autistic meltdowns just need not only a psychologist, but also people who help you structure your day, and you probably need a reason to go outside. Stuff like that.
Panic attacks may be caused by the paranoia, but if they're not too frequent you can get benzodiazepines to make them a bit less bad.

I'm a med student.
If you devoured the whole box in 2 weeks you actually might not need more benzodiazepines. They are highly addictive, and if you use them too much they won't be effective any more. What's worse, the addiction will raise your overall stress level.
So it's best to use them in moderation, and try only to use them when you really need them. If you ask your psychiatrist for a lot more, he will think you are addicted.
The risk of Clozapine is suddenly getting a low white blood cell count. The chances are small (3%) and it usually happens in the first few months of using the meds, but if you're amongst the unlucky 3% there's a small risk of dying due to an infection. You will need to have frequent blood cell counts.
Other side effects are just generic antipsychotic side effects, like sleeping bad and stuff.

Some final advice: it's really important that you don't smoke weed. You said you smoked too much earlier and you're done with that, and I hope you meant that you completely quit it. It's really bad stuff for schizophrenia patients, even though many people think it helps them sleep or put their thoughts in order, the negative effects are much worse than the positive effects.

You should also make sure to sleep well. Try meditating or listening to ASMR videos before sleeping, and don't watch TV/PC for 2 hours before going to bed. You can also ask your psychiatrist for Melatonin.
