Anyone who was born in Brazil is a Brazilian citizen.
Anyone who was born to a Japanese parent is a Japanese citizen.
Brazil doesn't let its citizens to renounce their nationality.
There are a lot of people who have both nationalities legally even though dual citizenship isn't recognized by the Japanese government.
It's causing lots of issues.
