I woke up a few days ago feeling hungover but I hadn't been drinking. I feel completely fatigued, dizzy and lack any appetite. I also have a subtle but constant headache. It feels like I've had a fever but not quite as intense. Idk what the fuck is wrong with me guys.... I'm scared.

I've been drinking tons of water but I haven't noticed any changes. I tried to go for a walk today but I wanted to die when I got home. I just feel so drained of energy, like I want to sleep all the time. Shit's fucked and it's been going on for days now.
