Don't expect women like in the OP.We're not spanish for fuck sake.Besides if you look like the average finn you may aswell not come here,especially now that pasty skin is a thing people will joke about.
I have very pale skin and whenever I went out my friends would always joke about my skin texture and not getting a tan

Lisbon has nice history, culture, monuments and stuff, go to belem area and downtown (castle all sorts of monuments there). If you wanna see the modern Lisbon go to Parque das Nações. Avoid somoe Lisbon suburbs witch are full of non-euro immigrants
