Both, a lot of very useful things we use today are botnet as fuck. Just assume you're already fucked and learn another language.

Hands-down the best language exchange app/site/whatever there is. It comes with tons of features and options and the community is quite large. I'm pretty much using it every day and I jumped from zero oral skills to conversational within 1,5 years.
