it's 23c right now but with a high humidity it still feels as being rather hot to me

btw i live in one of the southernmost parts of russia, except we have a too cold climate for the latitude here in primorie with about +20+22 in summer to -8-10 in winter in my city where it's softened by the nearby sea

dunno how people live when it's colder or hotter than that, when it's +27 or -15 i feel very uncomfortable/
