I see them here and there but more often old people than fatties. Especially when I lived in a small town. They get to the point where their joints are going and they can't drive anymore but they still gotta make the rounds to their favourite diner and groceries.

It's strange, they used to be at the front of grocery stores for fatasses and people with injuries, but in recent years I haven't seen them or anyone use one in ages.

Outside of fatties in Walmart, i only see crippled people in them.
