Im reading a book about sweden writen in the seventies and seems like back then sweden was pretty a paradise. Has much changed apart from the inmigration thing?

Immigration for the skilled is one of the policy used by the "socialist paradise" people adore so much. (Like universal healthcare, good education and shit) Immigration itself shouldn't hurt Sweden. It might be one of the things that make Sweden a paradise even.
