Then come. Those two citites are seriously underrated tbqh. The Andes region itself is very touristic and comfy. By the coast there are some nice beaches but not better than anywhere else, except for Montañita.
The Galápagos Islands and the Amazon are very nice too, if you want adventure and are interested in nature.
