I'd say the rest of the world would win, since it would probably just end up being a multi-fronted war, with Mexico and Canada allowing hundreds of thousands of Chinese and Russian soldiers to pour through the borders.

Defeating the U.S military is one thing. Controlling the 300million+ heavily armed population is another.

There'd be a gun behind every blade of grass.

If nukes are allowed civilization is destroyed.

If nukes are not allowed, the rest of the world simply has no way to get into our continent against our ridiculous Navy and Air Force. We'd conquer Canada and South America one by one and the rest of the world couldn't do shit about it.
