If Albanians are actually genetically the closest to ancient Illyrians it wouldn't mean a damn thing anyhow. If it was a fair war, simply country vs country, i'm pretty certain Serbia would win. I don't know about full on annihilation, but I think they would win soundly. They simply have more men for military service.

yes and it's not like Bosnian Serbs and a lot of Montenegrins wouldn't join in. But solely considering Serbia and Albania and no other countries, Serbia would win.
