This may be a bit imprudent, but a lot of the negative behaviour is associated with dopaminergic activity, usually overindulgent behaviour I found in myself with regards to pleasureable hobbies, even porn consumption, the drugs are effectively dopaminergic antagonists (among other things), so sometimes a personal (and emphasis on personal) disciplinary schedule with regards to food, sleep, sex, etc manages to help, don't do it if it has adverse effects though

I have avoidant personality disorder (diagnosticated) and (i think) obsessive-compulsive disorder

A lot of this is due to social anxiety, the anticipation of social failure, life becomes much easier if you don't have them, and you won't if you don't consider yourself a participant (ergo, criticized subject) you won't suffer

People are concerned about their own problems, some are vulgar and insecure enough to comment, but are they really worth a nervous breakdown and the refusal to leave home? And do you really want to feel abysmal regret over wasting your youth on such behaviour, being tormented by irrelevant people's perceptions?
