It's excellent. When you really appreciate vegetables and lentils it's simply unsurpassed.

But I cannot understand when people eat it with their hands and then proceed to suck their fingers clean. This is completely disgusting, irredeemable behaviour.

I like Indian food but it seems to be a bit one note, I eat a vegetarian thali maybe once every 1-2 weeks.

As a fellow pajeet, I agree. Too many flavors for your tongue to know what the fuck is even happening. And I don't enjoy my mouth being set on fire with every bite so that im forced to almost immediately swallow the mouthful of food without being able to properly appreciate it, strange as that sounds. It also means filthy table manners.
