yes, it's worse than france even, easily one of the worst places in europe

it wasn't even good before shitskins in the first place and it sure is even worse now

if you stay in brussels city center it's fine though only rich white people and tourists

Brussels is, but Belgium is not. Visit the Grand place/Grote Markt, the Coudenberg (royal palace, koningsplein), the cathedral, the royal galleries, manneke pis, maybe the atonium and take the train to Antwerp, Ghent or Bruges.

Best places to have a diner are Bruges or Ghent. There are plenty of reasonable priced restaurants, but you have to find them. Most restaurants around the big squares are expensive though.

Unfortunately, I'm stuck in Brussels due to it being a business trip.
