Yeah, in my desire for constant self-improvement, after I realized I need to to do something with my life, I forgot to be a human.
Self-improvement helped though, but to do it all the time you need to constantly reevaluate your actions, which creates anxiety when you see your mistakes.

Just recently I realized I need just to be a human. I also realized I'm quite extraordinary, looking back at my life I see I actually did some amazing things. A year ago I would see only failures.
