I know Swedish, English, German and Finnish but I think in Swedish.
Never understood how people can for example think in another language than their native.

I think in french, but I spend my entire days on the internet and it's mostly english so sometimes I think in english. I also dream in english sometimes.

I think in concepts and ideas. if i were to describe it as a language it would be like toki pona or any simple pidgin thats in the format of (subject) (topical relation) (object).

Fluent in English and Croatian, shit at German still. When using pc I almost exclusively think only in English (given the environment), usually Croatian.

I speak Danish and Icelandic on a native level and I tend to think in both. I never think in English though, despite being fluent.
