Literally how has Canada not had a large scale Muslim terror

Despite celebrating diversity and multiculturalism all day, Canada actually has among the most strict immigration and selective immigration policies among all Western states.

Additionally, Canada does not participate in military interventions that are not sanctioned by the UN out of principle.
