Christianity after all the reforms is cool. It doesnt even require mutilation. They just sprinke water on your baby (and sodomize it from age 6+, but everybody knows to never let your children and pastor alone together).

I hate their religion, but I don't hate individual people. If I meet a muslim and he seems ok, then I will probably like him/her, but that doesn't mean I respect his or her religion.

I don't hate Islam in particular, I dislike religion in general. Maybe back in those days the thought of the revolutionary Muhammad along with his new rules including the ability to get divorced again (something Christianity didn't like) would have been cool, but like a lot of revolutionary movements it soured and turned into dogma. Same thing with Christianity. Jesus probably was ancient Rome's version of ultraliberal SJWs, a man of the people sort of cult figure, but today lots of Christians like the westboro baptists are associated with ultraconservatism and general ignorance.

Islam isn't much worse than say Christianity by itself. I think there's something to be said however that Christianity had to pass through various Reformations and edits, something I'm not sure Islam had to do to the same degree.

In my opinion it can be OK, places like Azerbaijan are a good example of balancing secularism with respect for their religion and culture.

Terrorism and niqabs are non-issues compared to the horrifying way Islam rots the brain. Even amiable Muslims are slow to incorporate new ideas and generally are not very curious, largely because of the blinkered mindset the religion creates. That's why the vast majority of their diaspora work in low-skill jobs and why their academic contributions per capita is literally Africa-tier.
