How the fuck do you even become obese?
I am 8 stone 10, which is 122lbs or 56kg. I am 6'0 tall. I used to be 103lbs (which is 46.7kg) because I am anorexic.
I literally can't eat enough to ever become obese. I sometimes try to have days where I eat like 10,000 calories but I end up not eating for a week because I feel bad about it.
I just don't get how fat people can look and feel OK with themselves. I remember a few months ago I got to 130lbs and then i noticed that my toenails looked whiter than normal on the edges and I assumed it was fat (like how steak fat on the edge is a sort of pale whitish colour) so I spent the next hour pressing my toes into a pan I heated on the grill to try and sear away the fat on my toenails. I also feel guilty about wasting precious resources. Don't fat people feel guilty about how wasteful they are and how damaging to the environment? How do you eat so much without trying to stop?
