You steal a car, get it to Poland and you're presented with three options
>if the car got heat on it, you disassemble it and sell as parts
>if the car doesn't have heat on it, you buff it up, turn the mileage counter, get new papers and sell as almost-new
>get new papers and drive it for some time then sell in Ukraine as brand new.
