I dont think there will be another single superpower anytime soon.
It is more likely that the world will be divided into 3 spheres, which will be dominated by USA, EU and China respectivly

I think Afrika will remain poor for the time beeing, and they will be in Europes/Chinas sphere of influence.
India could become powerful indeed, and i think it would lead to some conflicts between them and China

actually being developed is not nice, but it feels like they don't really have an option. their population is big already and africa is bigger than russia and isolated, so they can become """"developed"""" after some time
