how do people buy drugs in Spain? On the street, in houses? I worked in Andorra in a hotel for a couple of years and a lot of Spanish coworkers and tourists did drugs (sometimes they forgot/left drugs in the room after check out).

I dont do drugs btw, but never asked them (coworkers) how they got them just in case they felt insulted.

no, but I saw some Moroccans on the street (la vereda/acera) in Casteldeffels (not sure how it is spelled) when visiting Barcelona with the Spanish coworkers, and they told me those Moroccans make more money in a day than a normal person working a month, so it would be impossible to convince them to get a normal job.
