That's why Poland and other Eastern European countries were given money, investments and management, while Ukraine and Belarus got jackshit. The problem is that at the same time Europe pretended that Ukraine is also will be able to join the EU, that's why instead of understanding that they are in a completely different situation Ukrainians thought they will be just like Poland or Baltics, they just need to wait.
