Brazil couldn't even make large ships up until recently and the first one they made couldn't even be launched and then had to ask Samsung to fix it for them. All this for a cargo ship, now imagine an aircraft carrier, even our submarines are from France and we just pretend they're Brazilian by rebranding them.
