Serbs can be cool, generally I think all the meme bullshit you see online about Serbia and the tensions in ex yugoslavia are just that, memes. I would imagine that normal everyday people, especially the younger generations, see that not all Serbs are some genocidal maniacs. Though it's hard to tell someone that when they've lost a relative or friend in such a recent and brutal conflict. Some people just don't give a shit, and some people are just stupid.
