hello /asean/, first let me introduce my self. Im a 4th year college student who studies Information Technology who failed 2 times in my thesis and now im in a new group, I just want to ask how hard it is to implement these 2 features on our Thesis which is about Online recruitment for an Agency.

Okay, our 2 features we want to implement is when you take an online examination is you need to have your webcam on so that the we have a record of you taking an online examination and we can see you are not cheating, the second feature is online interview which also works like video call or skype.

My depression is kicking in now and I am kinda frustrated that compared to other groups titles, ours is harder but they got approved. I just want to know if its doable for a group of 4th year college students.

>>
>>77186378
No. Hahahahahahaha.

All thesis are hard and your group doesn't have to push yourselves hard unless all of you are masochists and enjoy torturing yourselves. A simple topic but great methodologies and research usually wins the best thesis.

1st proposition has many ethical loopholes in it. Also, waste of effort in the point of view of both the recruitment and applicant. Recruiters are usually doing something instead of monitoring applicants whether they'll cheat or not.

2nd. Skype interviews are common enough. Unless your introducing a new app that caters specifically for HR recruitment i dont see that happening. It would be a burden to applicant to download a program for a one use.

They also have unilateral control over most the islets and ASEAN countries who had a stake over the issue failed to capitalize when our Bresidend brought legal action to them. Now, with a Chinese agent in office only Vietnam stands alone - at least until the Chinese agent gets removed from office.

>>
>>77190202
But then again the optionals confuse with the officials. You can't identify whether the correct spelling of a word like/is Oyayi or Uyayi in Tagalog. A lot of dictionaries spell it as Oyayi, but notice how there's almost no Tagalog words that starts with O? What about Bandila and Bandera? Why did these two spellings exist in the first place?
Are all R's and L's in Tagalog the same? Does that mean that the theory of Spanish words like Muerto, have actually been transpelt to a more Tagalized version, Multo?
>>
>>77190296
Again we are talking about spelling here not pronunciations

flips pronounced believe as beleeb so is beleeb correct?

if those words are found in the dictionary then they are correct
>>
>>77190370
Both spelling and pronunciations in Tagalog are interchangeable. Tagalog does not have silent letters where Latin spelling is important.

>if those words are found in the dictionary then they are correct
So which is correct, Oyayi or Uyayi, Bandila or Bandera? If they are both correct then does that mean that we can interchange letters that freely?
>>

>spelling and pronunciations in Tagalog nterchangeable.
no not really
those pronunciations are just optional like you said
>>
>>77190476
>no not really
>those pronunciations are just optional like you said
Then tell me why both Oyayi and Uyayi are in the dictionary while other words are not? Is there a prefix bias? What grammatical rule says that they both are allowed? Same with Bandila and Bandera. If that was a borrowed word, then how did L end up there in the first place.
>>
>>77190541
I have physical copy of a dictionary indeed they are both found there
so they are correct

I cant find bandera must be a left over spic word that they still use in the province

alot of this pronunciations is probably because of the other dialects

>I can't find it in my Filipino dictionary

>>
>>77191097
I'd say they would most likely put a label on it as "Optional", but at least it's acknowledged. That's all I want Tbh
And yes, I know that there are conflicts that some books accept it and some don't. There needs to be a final resolution for that. Because you cannot deny that it exists and a lot of people use it.

I guess I could say center-right, but just. Most Filipinos these days are becoming more accepting of homosexuality (though there is still some resistance), and although divorce is still illegal here, a slim majority are now in favor of it. Same-sex marriage is still illegal and may be years away at the earliest, but more and more Filipinos are becoming in favor of it. Creation science and related movements are virtually non-existent here, and schools usually have no problem teaching evolution in schools.

However, a majority are still against abortion, favor the death penalty (weird considering we're predominantly Catholic and the Catholic Church is against it). Pre-marital and extramarital sex are still somewhat frowned upon, and there's still a big emphasis on respect for elders.

Apparently the NPA and the labor groups work together and are part of the same organization, though. That's the reason why those groups support peace-talks, indirectly defend the NPA, and perhaps worst of all, even proclaim killed NPA members as "martyrs". I don't get how "revolutionary tax" and extortion count as "martyrdom".
>>

You can forget about same-sex marriage being legal now in entire asia as long as china makes it legal somehow again.I'm just surprised Chinese government made same sex marriage illegal. Is it because of pressure from province like tibet or what?

Well, you'll never know. Some heavily Christian countries like Uruguay, Argentina, and Brazil legalized same-sex marriage, and while I doubt the Church will accept such unions anytime soon, there's always civil marriages.

It's hardly an original observation, but although most Muslims aren't terrorists, most terrorists are Muslim.

Discuss
>>
>>77192289
>most terrorists are Muslim.
And who are the most numerous victims of Muslim terrorism? Muslims.

And who are the most numerous terrorists in the United States? It's not the Muslims, it's the religious and white extremists. And historically and arguably until now, a lot of terrorist groups have more to do with nationalism (i.e. in Ireland, Sri Lanka, etc.) than religion.

Not saying Muslim terrorism isn't bad, it's really really bad, but putting the blame solely on them is not seeing the full picture.

The thing about Sabah is that it was loaned to Britain as some kind of deal. It was only supposed to be a temporary thing but due to various circumstances kind of became permanent. A referendum was held in both Sabah and Sarawak on whether to join Malaya, or the Philippines and Indonesia respectively; obviously the result was to join the Federation, much to the chagrin of the other two countries. There were various allegations of electoral manipulation and intimidation, but from what I've read it seemed a majority of people in Sabah genuinely didn't want to join the Philippines. No idea if these people were Sabah natives or migrants from the mainland, though.

The funny thing is that, apparently Sabah and Sarawak have a separate customs area so even though they're part of Malaysia, apparently you still need a passport to go there.
