Why do Americans need food stamps?

Because it buys votes for the Democrat Party.

Because a majority if Americans are fucking terrible at maintaining their finances. The same majority is also awful at using birth control effectively. The combination of the two creates people who have nothing but debt. So we give them food stamps even though food us cheap here.

Out of all of the waste in our government's budget, food stamps aren't really very much.
