If I had to guess, I'd guess it would be Javanese. There are plenty of non-Javanese who live in or around the island of Java, so Javanese would be extremely prevalent in their everyday lives (after all, Javanese has 94 MILLION native speakers), but like all Indons they would still have to learn Indonesian, and thus with their native language (for example, Sundanese).

Javanese language here don't get any special treatment unless you gt to Central Java, East Java or Jogjakarta where it is the native language there. And calling Indonesian language as the second language just because we also acquire an ethnic language is kinda wrong. Bahasa Indonesia has become the integral part of our society so it is fair to classify Bahasa Indonesia as also the first language.
