We work too much.

It's more than gradually approaching yank-tier shittiness.
Recently we had weekend penalty rates removed from our basic awards which sucks if you're a student or work a job where you rely on your weekend penalties to bulk up your pay (parallels with seppos working for tips).
We have a fuckload more casual and temporary work than we used to, too, but a lot of that is fedora IT workers thinking they won't get fucked over again like they were in 2008.
