If you like hiking, there's a nice network of marked paths in the mountains around the town, especially on Czech side but Polish is not bad either. Out of landmarks there's the piast tower that offers nice view of the city.
Czech side of the town is hideous and holds virtually nothing of interest, except for railway station.

I wouldn't hold my hopes too high for getting laid unless you're good at getting into women's panties to begin with, although suppose you might make it in dedicated nightlife areas mentioned above.
