Is boring, never liked it. I've had most of Western and Southern European cuisine, I even was friends with a food historian who specialized in 18th century French cuisine and it was just so bland.

It made me recognize the cuisine of my ethnic group is really not European all that much save for a few herbs, spices and base ingredients even though people make it sound as though it's some beautiful blend of French and other cultures.
