- Concerned about productivity
- Breaks life down into different areas that he has to succeed in such as career, relationship, fitness, friendships, social status, etc. as if he's grinding in an RPG
- Tries to have a rigid daily routine instead of functioning naturally
- Sees friends as utilities for climbing socially, buys into bullshit like "networking" instead of befriending people for who they are organically
- Into the gym and eating healthy but for superficial reasons
- If they use social media then they use it for humble bragging/monitoring their peers to evaluate their own social status relative to them
- They're vapid in the sense they don't have developed interests
- Has read PUA, life hacks and self-improvement material
