probably bulgarian, simply cause its probably has less learning materials than polish or ukranian. im certain the us has more polish speakers, so you could probably get some usage for polish than ukranian. But in learning honestly all 3 are similar slavic languages so if you're a monolingual english speaking american you'll find them all equally difficult to learn.

So? It's all about personal choice. As i said anyone can learn pretty much anything they wan't.

And nonetheless you learn better if you have personal drive to learn that certain language.

For example we have to learn swedish but as no one wants to learn it, no one remembers any of it.
