But it is still completely different compare to western food with deep fried everything or chinese just cooking with oil. And chinese doesn't use huge pieces of fatty meat but mixes smaller portions with grains, vegetables, soy etc or use lean meats compared to a steak or cheese where you are essentially eating fat.
