My point exactly, graduate schemes are for runtoids. Go for a 'boring' entry level job at a small firm and you will get to do all sorts and will get responsibility out of the nose, runts on grad schemes will shoot up to pleb-tier low level management and then stall because that's as far as the company wanted them to go while everybody high lev is bought in externally, while you'll be on your way to director level or starting your own business, or on your way to a upper management position at that larger company
