hello, i have as of about 2-3 months ago have contracted a fairly severe case of korean fever

i have become OBSESSED about korea. their taste, their looks, their skin, their love for good shit, their touch

korea has the following:

- smallest penis in the world
- highest density of plastic surgery in the world
- highest density of beauty companies per 10,000 companies in the world (i could be wrong but its eitehr the highest or very very close)
- best starcraft players
- best LoL playesr
- best go players
- for a country of only 50m they cant stop shitting amazing talent at everything they touch. they are legit so fucking good at everything
- strong appreciation of streaming! they love streaming sites like afreeca or twitch and they appreciate it greatly. such good tastes!


korea is honestly amazing. i agreed to go to japan with my friend and slay girls there, but ive fallen in love with korea and cant stop thinking about korea

i dont even like kpop bar a song or 2 and i hate all kdrama

It's spicy like chili pepper sauce and also salty and sour. There's a bunch of fermented vegetables like cabbage, cucumber, etc. A lot of garlic, ginger, radish taste too. It's kind of hard to explain but it tastes pretty good imo. Some people I know don't like it though.

The martial art scene is pretty great.
Besides traditional taekwondo, hapkido, yudo, archery, swordfighting (kumdo), taekyon and ssireum;

The MMA scene is booming there too. Tukgonmusul is pretty cool too.
Recently picked up a book about it in the kyobo bookstore.

Only thing I'm not super fond of is the materialistic mindset, the glorifying of paper degrees without practical knowledge and the absolute fascination of outward display. (Got to have the right brands clothes, shame if you on't have the right chanel handbag etc.)

It's better in the countryside though.
But basically everywhere in the world the minds of people are more sound in the countryside..

The first time I was shown kpop I hated it, I thought it was stupid, disgusting, plastic fanservice with an ugly language.

Some years after I heard a song that I liked that surprisingly was in Korean, so I gave it another chance and then I found groups and songs that I do enjoy.

Looking back in time I realize that I was shown some ridiculous female kpop group that was totally for kfappers, so no wonder I didn't like it.
