Barely, most speak native languages with colonisers language being more of a secondary language, I also doubt anyone speaks Italian in their former colonies or Spainish in West Sahara. Some countries like Algeria have kept the colonial language mainstream but still not as widely spoken as Arabic/Native African languages.

Also for the pt colonies a good chunk of the population doesn't speak actual Portuguese but a creole version or as a second language

We do have some words that are Italian (i.e. Gelato) and our cuisine was heavily influenced by the Italians (Pasta,Custard etc.)
