What's a good way to study Spanish conjugation? I've been doing Duolingo, Memrise, and Lingvist for about a month so I already know about 1000+ words but I can't conjugate for shit.

there are only three classes of regular verbs in Spanish, so it's pretty easy.

Just pick one regular verb for each class, and then learn the endings by heart:

Other than that, I think one ought to learn the following irregular verbs off by heart:

And other than that, just pick up things as you go along. A lot of verbs are mostly regular, but have some specific irregular parts. For example, "poder" is mostly regular, it's just that there's some conjugations where the root changes. I don't think one can realistically try to learn every irregular verb off by heart, so just have a "learn as you go" philosophy. Or perhaps just learn the most common ones off by heart, it's up to you.

You could also try to make flashcards with example sentences that have gaps and give you the verb (clozemaster-style) and you have to come up with the right conjugation.

Gave up Japanese after learning the kana and a few kanji numbers. Now learning Chinese, happy with my decision even though learning Pinyin is harder than kana. Chinese will help my career more than Japanese. Been using this 2-volume course called A Key to Chinese Speech and Writing. No plans to go to China, though.

There is a mistake in the second sentence. The word you're looking for is "human remains," not "human remainings."

How do I actually reach the point of being more or less fluent? I've studied multiple languages and never really reached a point where I felt satisfied. I think I know a language after so much studying and then I get greeted with something like the back of a DVD case that floors me because I don't understand it at all or I get a chance to talk to a native speaker and I can't make head or tails of what they're saying to me.

It's like no matter how much I try to study I always end up encountering a thousand new things all at once, and I can't always get a proper explanation for those things so I end up kind of in the dark. It's overwhelming and annoying when I know several people who have learned my own native language possibly better than I have but I can't actually function in another language short of being able to read a few simple forum posts.

TL;DR I suck at learning languages, how do I get better? 1 hour a day is the standard, I know, but doing what exactly? What's the most effective?
