Kind of. We used to sit next to each other in biology class and just talk about general things. Towards the end of the year she seemed less lively and cheerful, and then in the next year we weren't sitting together and we barely talked to each other. It predates Reddit and is much more an older style of forum similar to what gamefaqs or the IGN forums are to gaming. It's been around since 2000 and probably has a much older audience than Reddit or 4chan because of it, it used to be seen as the go to place for Irish specific topics before Twitter, Facebook and Reddit.
As with most forums of that time the community is very cliquey and reputation focused. People look at your poster rank, number of posts, posting history and general reputation before considering how to respond to you while moderators are treated like a sort of celebrity.

I never took to it from a social perspective for those reasons but it's always been a very useful place for information on services, job experiences or things like bargain alerts.
It's probably still the largest Irish community on the internet though I believe it has been in a steady decline in recent years.

People are having issues with his jump physics being different. They are different to the base PS1 game but they're nothing to warrant people losing 50 lives on single levels or getting multiple game overs. The only thing they really need to change is the amount of momentum required to make turtle jumps on the bridge stages. Think I might be pro-choice lads. Was talking to the mother about it earlier and despite her religiousness she believes it should be legal. Her argument was people that want it done are already doing it but going through far greater risk. She also made the point that women who are told their baby will be dead on arrival don't want to continue carrying the child for months when it's not going to live anyways, as well as the trauma of having a stillbirth.

I'm starting to favour abortion for much more selfish reasons however, that being I believe the 8th amendment impedes reunification. Abortion is legal in the north and a lot of them would be turned off the prospect of being denied a service they had for years. Same reason I'm for the gay marriage, it's a great way to turn a lot of liberal-minded Protestants that don't support the DUP's stance.

Just tried family sharing on Steam.
In PUBG it appears the character carries over from the main account. Might be an issue if your character name is that of your Steam account. They've talked about adding the ability to change your name at some point in the future though.
Rocket League appears to work fine. Starts you with a fresh account.
