Mexican and Indian, at least from my personal experiences sounds decent. Romanian or Russian accents to non native English honestly sounds like shit.

vietnamese can easily be the worst imo, but some arn't bad.

It depends on the individual, some russian is very nice, some is horrid.

Cuban/Old puerto rican, and some really think mexican can be horrible too.

Best is the least accent, or Afrikaans.

A lot of russian speakers are horrible to listen too, but I have met some Russian women with very polished accents, and the same goes for Indians/Sri Lankans (fucking horrible).

Everyone from around the world comes to the Bay Area, so we here everyone.

For the least amount of English reading/writing I would honestly say Iranians have the best accent, and vietnamese have the worst.
